Refund policy

WiseBride is a digital product delivered instantly upon purchase. Because access is granted immediately, all sales are final once the product link has been delivered and accessed. If you experience a technical issue accessing your planner, or if the file does not work as described, contact us within 7 days of purchase at our Email and we will resolve the issue or issue a refund at our discretion. Refunds are not available simply due to change of mind after access has been granted.
